Santa Barbara Mixed Use Under Construction

REthink's 89-unit mixed use project on upper State Street in Santa Barbara has bottomed out and will soon begin going vertical. The project will consist of 89 apartment units with amenities to include a gym, pool, multiple courtyard areas and a rooftop deck with views of the surrounding mountains as seen in the background of the image below.
